In Rich Dad Poor dad Robert Kyosaki teaches about the different ways of making money. He explains that in order to attain wealth you have to have a rich state of mind. If your mind is poor then naturally you will attract the poor around you.

He goes on to explain that being broke is a temporary occurance, everyone goes through that. Being poor does not have to be a constant or your fate however, you can make the necessary changes to get to another level, like learn from the people who you feel you want to be and most people love to talk about how they got rich/wealthy (trust me).

Essentially if you move with fear you can overcome it or do nothing, just complain and bitch about how bad your life is. But you will remain poor forever and naturally you will remain broke forever. To me that is the perfect definition of the state of mind of a hustler. It’s not necessarily about how ignant you can come across but more so about moving smart in anything you’re doing.

Not working hard but being consistent and efficient with the limited amount of time you are given. Remember that someone who does .10cents everyday will eventually accumulate $36.5 (right?) When you learn how to make $36.5 learn how to make that everyday and you increase your worth

overall it’s a simple matter of putting yourself in a situation were YOUR business system accumulates wealth (with compounded interest).

What’s up Elke, you still have one of the best interviews on MXyMAG.com, people love the hustler in you. What have you been up to? Hey, well, thank you, and yes, I guess I am a natural born hustler. LOL. Its within my spirit, within my character to never stop and always keep grinding, I am like a robot. Well, a robot with a big butt and a big heart.  I went to the BET awards here in LA which was amazing, the show was great, and the Red Carpet was even better, did lots of interviews and just really got to meet great people and connect with possible business folks. I also been shooting non-stop for the website, just want to make sure I have tons of pictures ready to go so that I can have a consistent update on the site www.elkethestallion.com. We also re-designed my official MySpace page www.myspace.com/elkethestallion hope everybody likes the new layout. And now I also have a new website which is www.ElkeTheModel.com and that is a more mainstream online portfolio of my editorial work, my head shots, commercial work and resume, so just to also get a professional vibe across. So I def. have not been sleeping, I have been busy online as always. I am shooting for my 2009 calendar which will be available online for download as well as in print.

You got big things poppin, talk about LA Ink what are we going to see inked on Elke? Yes, we are going to see Elke on LA INK. We actually shot 2 times already, but the Tattoo I am getting is so big that I have a 3rd session mid august. It was fun, everybody was super nice and I am very excited to have been able to get inked by such amazing Talent. The new season will start airing in October 2008, so somewhere in that time ya’ll gonna see me getting inked. I will let everybody know about the exact dates and times.
  
You always have been a hustler in spirit. What makes you more consistent than other models out there? I think its natural with me, like I mentioned, I was born with this drive. I can stop doing what I am doing. I can’t help it, I can’t help the grind and the hustle. And I love to succeed. So it just keeps me going. Also, I have a creative mind, so I constantly come up with new idea for photo shoots, new idea to improve my marketing plan. I am just always thinking and re-searching how to improve and get better in my field. So I will take it to the next level to actually coach new and up and coming models. Via a agency or online courses that girls can take and my experience can help them with their new careers.
    
This world is full with haters. I get people who come on the MXy brand and they spend their time being critical. As a top model how do you deal with all of that? Well, its is what it is. First of all, you can’t please everybody. And second of all, people gonna hate no matter what. You can be the most beautiful woman on the planet and I assure you that you still will encounter hateration. It’s what people like to do. Especially people who don’t like themselves, people who have to much time on their hands, people who just naturally envy other people, envy their success, their looks, their drive. Who knows? It doesn’t bother me one bit. I love myself very much and I am far away from perfection, but my imperfection is what I love the most. I used to hate my big, muscular legs, now I love them, and it sets me apart from so many other models that they work now to my advantage. So let the haters hate and I use the hate in turn it into motivation for me.
