My mother always told me, “Finish your breakfast. Always finish your food.” Translation? When you start something plan until the end, stay attentive to updating that plan until the end, and never give up on it until the plate is empty. This state of mind is what separates a captain who sinks with his ship from a slave whose job is to put cool so that it can go full steam ahead.

With that said, here is the last interview of this decade. In this interview Eka Samone talks about surrounding herself with the right people. Or else this business is going to give you a difficult time and difficult time with people is not something you want over your head. Especially with the way this beast is constructed. As advice to anyone reading this I say, “Surround yourself with people who do what they need to do on a daily basis to get the job done, remove anyone who is “trying” to do it and watch the success story change.”

In the small glimpse in to her personal life, Eka says that she was in love once and that in her life story her man stayed with her. Through better or for worst and I feel that everyone reading this needs to understand, “For better or for worst”. Everyone is good through the good times, the true character of a man is tested when his back is against the wall. We live in a microwave society where everyone wants everything in an instant with total disregard for the reward that comes from grinding through the pains and struggles of baking with an oven.

Today’s model is Eka “True Hollywood” Story and I can tell from what she says and how she presents herself that she has the little things to make her story be a Hollywood story of triumph. Success stories are only told by those who had the passion to go through the time when the story was just a sob story and nobody wants to hear the sobbing unless you can add how you took life’s test and turned it in to a victory and that is what 2009 was about for the MXySTAFF.

It was a story of test trials and tribulations and it’s only fitting within the metaphor to have her be the closer, especially since we are now diverting about 60% of our resources to upgrading the website into becoming a balance of SEXy, business, entertainment.

What are your goals in this industry? My overall goal in the industry is to show up and coming models the proper business aspect and professionalism on how to be a model.

We get a lot models who come and go (what do you think is the reason for that? I will Definitely have to say that a lot of the models get into this business without a game plan or any type of expectation for their career except some type of notoriety.

What would be the number 1 rule of thumb every up and coming model needs to know? Do Not Compromise your morals in this business because they will be tested.

You basically have to be tuff to stay in the grinder? Most Definitely!!!!! I would have to say you really can’t be any other way.

Motivation? I have to say my motivation is the fact that I use what I do in so many different aspects. I use my celebrity to help raise money for different charity events etc. I have to say I get a high off of helping others. For me that’s Motivation all by itself.

Looking at where you are right now in your career how do you feel? Are you happy or do you want to do more? I would have to say I will always want more for my career. I am very ambitious so I am always looking for my Next Mountain to climb and concur.

Defining career moment, My Defining Moment in my Career would have to be Seeing Myself in my very first Editorial. I have to say it was addictive (giggle)

What does sexy mean for you? Being sexy to me is past a physical appearance there are so many aspects to that. Being sexy is brains, personality, spirit, it’s the very air about you when u walk in a room or open your mouth to speak. I feel there is no way for a person to try to be sexy… you either have it in you or you don’t.

When did you realize you feel sexy? The first time I realized I had some sexiness had to be in high school. Was walking down the hall and I walked past three guys one of which I really liked. As I walked passed them there whole conversation stopped until I got to the end of the hall. I turned and smiled and giggled and realized I had a power to stop a conversation…… I had Sexiness!!!

On your way to becoming a top model how did you struggle and how did you end up where u are now? Well I have had so many difficult times with management and photographers even in my personal relationship. All of them took a tremendous toll on my thoughts and how I manage things in now. I’m much smarter as far as, who I work with or what projects to take. As for my personal life I keep it very private

Why is Privacy important to you? Privacy Is Very Important to me because in this business you will have people pick apart what they think they know about you, so For me I always appear to have nothing going on personally, This method always keeps my business out of public eye.

Is it hard keeping private? I mean with everyone wanting to tweet about everything and anything? Like I had mentioned before People only know what you let them know. Like anyone that I date we do not go back n forth on twitter at all, on any internet network. Like I said if people don’t know they can’t speak on

What do you do in life, when you aren’t in front of the camera? when I am not in front of the Cameras I am fitness trainner. I have been doing that for four Years.

Spirituality. I Pray and I take a lot of time to myself to relax and stay grounded. And Most important keep my family as close to me as possible

Samona Love Story. I had this person in my life who started out as a very close friend of mine as time progressed he became the greatest love of mine. Let me explain that to you. Until this person came a long I didn’t know what it meant to be loved the right way. Meaning good or bad days they still think the sun rises and sets on you. Through disagreements they still love you enough not to disrespect you. They love you enough to give you space. Etc. I could go on but basically what I am saying is I hope everyone gets to experience someone who really loves you for who u really are and not what you do. I HAVE.:.)
